Scott Shohen

Scott Shohen, Partner at FluidEdge 

Scott is an executive with extensive experience in leading strategic planning and business process initiatives for large, life sciences organizations

Scott works with life science companies to envision, architect and deliver results that help clients more effectively engage customers, increase revenue, and reduce operational and administrative costs. Scott began his career at Accenture where he led complex business and technology solutions, focusing much of his time working with pharmaceutical and health insurance clients. After becoming an Executive with Accenture, Scott helped grow a start-up organization into a successful and thriving healthcare industry-focused management consulting company over a ten year period. During this time, Scott was responsible for the development and management of several global life sciences clients.

Much of Scott’s work has been in global commercial operations of large pharmaceutical companies with a focus on projects in digital and multichannel marketing, promotional operations, training, customer engagement and salesforce automation. Prior to his work in life sciences, Scott spent many years consulting with large health payers and pharmacy benefit managers while working on initiatives to improve operational efficiency to reduce medical and administrative costs. It is this unique blend of healthcare experience that provides Scott with a holistic approach to delivering value to his clients.

Scott holds his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his Master of Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia.

John Janney, Sr. Vice President at FluidEdge Consulting 

John brings 30+ years of experience in the healthcare industry and is recognized as being a Transformational leader in the areas of Marketing, Technology, and Operations with a focus on creating economic value for Health Insurance companies.

Throughout John's career he led a number of strategic and transformational initiatives that have yielded substantial financial and operational results, and combined with his diverse range of skills, he has offered a broad perspective on business, a mastery on the dynamics of change, and the operational and technical expertise to go deep enough and identify the right solutions.

Prior to joining FluidEdge, John helped healthcare insurance leader Independence Blue Cross achieve transformational change in the areas of Marketing & Sales, Strategic Business Management, Operations Management and Business Process Management.

John holds a Masters degree in Marketing from Rutgers University, Camden and is a Bachelors in Science from Cairn University.
