Mike was also responsible for advancing the enterprise-wide technical infrastructure and project lifecycle performance while improving overall quality and reducing costs. He created start-up operations and distinct systems in multiple locations including Texas, Florida and Delaware, and he developed full TPA capabilities for AmeriHealth Administrators, an un-branded subsidiary of Independence Blue Cross.
