[Recent Webinar] CalAIM Readiness: Planning in Times of Ambiguity

California Department of Healthcare Services (DHCS) is in the middle of implementing CalAIM, a multi-year initiative to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of Californians by implementing broad delivery systems, programs and payment reforms across Medi-Cal programs.

While CalAIM as an initiative aims at providing better quality of life and long-term cost savings for Medi-Cal members, developing and implementing a multi-faceted program will be a challenge for all those involved including providers, member service organizations, medical management organizations and information technology vendors.

This session focuses on how Medi-Cal plans in California need to address the challenges of preparing for CalAIM as regulations evolve and what impact will the program have on beneficiaries.
