FluidEdge Social Mission Adopts Local Family for the Holiday Season

Each December, FluidEdge Consulting’s Social Mission Committee partners with various organizations to give back to communities in need.
“It’s important for local businesses to remain connected to the communities that they are part of during the holidays,” said Colleen Fusetti,co-chair of the FluidEdge Social Mission Board. “The winter holiday season is a time of giving ,and it seems like the spirit of generosity makes giving during the holidays easy and extra special.”
This year, the season began with the adoption of a family through Lord’s Pantry of Downingtown, a nonprofit organization that provides food and personal care items to those in need throughout Downingtown, Exton, and Lionville, PA.
The organization “currently serve[s] 700 registered families with an eight to nine day supply of food which includes non-perishables, meat selections, fresh vegetables and dairy products,” according to lordspantryofdowningtown.org.
The Social Mission team worked to pick out clothing, toys, personal care items, gift cards, and more for the three-person family that they were matched with. The items were wrapped and delivered to Lord’s Pantry of Downingtown on Thursday, December 8th.
