FluidEdge employees and friends enjoy the night at Children’s Crisis Treatment Center’s 15th Annual Cruise for the Kids.

To support the work of Children’s Crisis Treatment Center, ten FluidEdge employees attended the organization’s 15th Annual Cruise for the Kids.

The event took place on June 3 at the Moshulu, a restaurant venue on a tall ship at Penn’s Landing.

The Annual Cruise for the Kids was created in 2001 as a way to “generate more funding for the agency while simultaneously gaining supporters at a fun event”, according to cctc.org.

The event was brought to FluidEdge’s attention by an employee involved with the organization, and along with supporting a worthy cause, our employees were able to enjoy a night of bonding with coworkers over great food and entertainment.

“Our employees had a great time socializing and enjoying the beautiful setting of the event,” said Donna Archambault, FluidEdge Consulting’s Vice President of Finance. “Children’s Crisis Treatment Center does amazing work for our community, and we were honored to support them.”

Funds raised at the event go towards providing “behavioral health services to children in Philadelphia who experienced learning and behavioral challenges, have been abused, neglected, or have witnessed extreme violence,” according to cctc.org.

This year, the event brought in $53,000 for the organization.

Each year, CCTC serves approximately 3,000 children and their families through its Center, School, and Community-based programs.
