Using industry standard methodologies we coordinate the entire implementation lifecycle, from system selection through production implementation. Our consulting staff has extensive experience in applying management principles to projects. That experience fosters our ability to manage technology and application solution projects ranging from small-scale to enterprise-wide implementations.

Most importantly, FluidEdge has the resources to support our System Vendor customers. Our Implementation Support Team works in collaboration with our clients on the configuration and implementation of technology solutions while ensuring that the organization strategy is achieved. Our resources have skill sets ranging from product support and configuration to technology oversight to project and program management, training and product documentation. We will assist our System Vendor customers with requirements and use case gathering and documentation, technology assessments, system and application configuration as well as end user and trainer training. We will supplement our vendor customers’ staff in quality testing of their products to prepare for general availability as well as design and development of product enhancements. FluidEdge resources are a critical addition to our customers’ toolbox for accomplishing successful implementation of their products and services for their clients.
