Employment Status: Contract to Hire, 1099 Contract, Direct Hire Exempt, Corp to Corp
Primary Objective
To provide consulting services to FluidEdge clients in a professional and efficient manner and/or to manage teams to ensure client support while providing excellent delivery of services.
Key Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Project, Visio, and all MS Office applications
-
Experience in project management processes and all aspects of a system development lifecycle (SDL)
-
Medium to large scale project implementations
-
Expert knowledge of the healthcare industry, including but not limited to claims, care management, provider data, membership, enrollment, ICD-10, EHR/EMR, HIPAA Gateway, HITECH, Hospital/Provider administration, Federal/State Regulatory Mandates, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
-
Manage consultant team either individually or as a team per client engagement
-
Project plan development
-
Deliver consultant services as needed
-
Mentor client resources and FluidEdge resources in areas of project management processes and life cycle methodologies as needed.
FluidEdge Consulting requires at minimum the following:

Timely reporting of hours to FluidEdge Corporate
-
Timely reporting of expenses to FluidEdge Corporate
-
Participation in mandated status, company and client sponsored meetings
-
Assistance to FluidEdge Corporate with duties as assigned
-
Compliance with FluidEdge policies and procedures
Position Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Services, Business, Health Science or equivalent experience
-
Healthcare and/or Hospital Operations experience
-
Project management experience including large scale healthcare initiatives
-
Management/supervisory experience
-
Ability to travel up to 100%
-
PMP and/or Green/Black Belt certification a plus
Essential Functions
May include:

Valid US driver’s license

Ability to sit, stand or walk for various lengths of time throughout the day

Ability to communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and corporate staff

Ability to proficiently operate computer hardware and software on a daily basis
-
Ability to utilize computer hardware and software to produce regular reporting in addition to day to day responsibilities

Ability to operate general office equipment on a daily basis
-
Ability to interact with all levels of staff from Executives to project team members

Ability to lead, guide, mentor and direct
