Patrick has built his career managing large customer accounts both domestically and internationally. He has provided his customers with strategic business solutions and successful implementations to solve complex business needs. His success stems from working collaboratively with his team and his clients' business and technology leaders.
Over the past 20 years, Patrick has worked as a National and Global Account Manager for Consul Risk Management, Vignette, Oracle and Computervision. He has demonstrated exceptional skills delivering the technology and resources to ensure that his clients' strategic objectives are met. While at Computervision, Patrick was the National Account Manager for a Fortune 250 manufacturing company that utilized their computer-aided design and document management solutions to design and manufacture their products worldwide. Patrick was a Global Account Manager at Oracle and worked with two clients to help them select financial applications and data warehouse and business intelligence solutions to help consolidate various different systems and realize significant savings worldwide. In addition, Patrick would host these clients with Oracle executives semi-annually to review their corporate technology strategy.
While at Vignette, Patrick was the National Account Manager for three Fortune 50 Financial Services firms in New York. Two of these firms adopted Vignette technology worldwide to deliver online solutions to their trading partners and employees to reduce time to market, create efficiencies across the enterprise and increase productivity. Consul provided their clients with security auditing software for very large organizations. Patrick had responsibilities for a number of Fortune 50 companies in the Mid-Atlantic region, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid. Consul was a private company that was acquired by IBM.
Most recently for the past 5 years, Patrick operated a multi-million dollar personal and commercial insurance agency with over 1000 client households and over 2000 policies. The company's successful retention rate and new policy growth rate were the result of a passionate focus on customer service for both new and existing clients.
Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and currently lives in Chester County where he is active in music, church groups and his children's school.
