Approach

  • We brought our understanding of management’s goals with the brand strategy to create a compelling program agenda including KOL speakers, executive presentations, and patient profiles
  • We managed all of the logistical, creative and production aspects of the event, including direct management of multiple vendors and coordination with brand leadership and multiple legal/compliance teams
  • We directed the creation of a training curriculum and materials, coordinating with brand leadership and managed training vendors, production, and the compliance process
